The Journey: One Year of Relentless Research HONESTA wasn’t launched overnight. It was the result of over 12 months of deep research, lab trials, and user feedback.
As someone with a BSc in Biotechnology, I (Prashant) was naturally curious about what really goes into the bottles we use daily — shampoos, face washes, conditioners. What I found shocked me: harsh sulfates, parabens, silicones, and synthetic fillers marketed as “natural.” That’s when I started researching plant-based actives, derma-safe formulations, and clean chemistry. After months of trials, rejections, and reformulations, I finally found the right balance — skincare that is both gentle and effective. We partnered with Body Dose Cosmetics — a GMP-certified, research-focused lab — to bring our vision to life using high-performance botanicals, safe actives, and transparent formulation practices.
